IVARTY Consulting Limited are a socially responsible organisation. Did you know that as a business, we are incredibly aware of the community that we, as individuals are part of.
Between 2017-19, Mary McLuskey IVARTY Consulting Partner, was responsible for the creation of the new Social Security Chamber as part of the wider restructuring of tribunal service in Scotland. This new jurisdiction manages appeals on welfare benefits devolved to the Scottish Government from October 2018.
During this time Mary was involved int he writing of new legislation, drafting of the Caldicott agreement for data transfer between the new Social Security Agency and SCTS. She also worked across the Tribunals Reform Programme of work with 7 separate projects (relating to devolved legislation) establishing a PMRO and working with the SRO and external stakeholders, internal project managers and project teams to ensure an effective delivery programme.
Before that Mary created the National Green standard, an ESG to to help organisations plan and deliver effective Environmental, Social and Governance to address climate change.
IVARTY will always deliver with a social context at the heart of our activities and here are some of our more recent community initiatives that we are proud to support:
OOR Club, Inverclyde – a charitable youth club for children with additional needs. The club meets weekly for children and parents’ enjoying social activities with a range of planned events taking place in 2025: Supporting Global Goal 11 sustainable cities and communities
Kilt Walk 2025, wild & fun weekend away, bake offs and much more. The Impact delivers social inclusivity, stimulation and development. Supporting Global Goal 11 sustainable cities and communities.
Resonate Together, Alloa – sponsorships in the form of workshops/ fund raising Kilt Walk for the past four years. Supporting Global Goal 11 sustainable cities and communities and in 2024 funds to set up and operate a Chess Club for the community. https://resonatetogether.org.uk/
Mairmuna Abdulla Mohamend - based in Tanzania and sponsored via Plan International Sponsorship –various child sponsorships since 2017. Supporting Global Goals 4 and 6 Education and Clean Water. Mairmuna and her village have access education and clean water because of this sponsorship.
Prostate Cancer campaign for regular screening of men via Change.org and Stirling MSP – a new campaign. To drive awareness in the hope of planned screening.
In 2025 we have selected Autism Scotland https://www.scottishautism.org/ as our charity for the year. We will be fundraising and participating in activities across the year to support this wonderful charity.
